Shipping policy

All on-line orders will be fulfilled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Because the store follows the school calendar, orders will not be fulfilled on days that school is not in session.   

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.

"Pick up" orders can be picked up by you or your son on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9-3 at the Derenzo Campus Store in Martin Hall on the West Campus. They can also be picked up on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9-3 in Julie Duddy's office located in the Advancement Offices (second floor of Admissions Building).  Any questions please call Jeanne McKenzie at 617-448-5489 or Maureen Lapus at 703-447-5419.
